Feige's Maple Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Spanish onion slices 1/4"
  • 7-8 Grimini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 100 g Mini bocconcini, sliced
  • 3 large tomatoes, sliced 1/4"
  • 3/4 cup Feiges Balsamic Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chopped parsley or basil
  • 1 large Garlic, crushed

Instructions

  • Layer starting with onions, mushrooms, bocconcini, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Repeat layers 3 more time ending with onions, mushrooms, bocconcini salt and pepper.
  • Mix last 3 ingredients together and drizzle over top evenly.
  • Leave at room temperature flipping about every half hour.
  • Let marinate for at least 3 hours.
