No Bake Veggie Pizza
This makes a nice, light brunch or appetizer.
- Flat bread
- Thinly sliced tomato, cucumber, red onion and mushrooms, or any vegetables you choose
- Feige's Honey Mustard and Poppy Seed (follow recipe for Feige's Chip/ Vegetable Dip)
- Spread a generous amount of the dip onto the flat bread and top with each vegetable.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy.
