Feige's Maple Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes
	
 Print Recipe 
- 4-5 Spanish onion slices 1/4"
- 7-8 Grimini mushrooms,  thinly sliced
- 100 g Mini bocconcini,  sliced
- 3 large tomatoes,  sliced 1/4"
- 3/4 cup Feiges Balsamic Dressing
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped parsley or basil
- 1 large Garlic,  crushed
- Layer starting with onions, mushrooms, bocconcini, tomatoes, salt and pepper. 
- Repeat layers 3 more time ending with onions, mushrooms, bocconcini salt and pepper. 
- Mix last 3 ingredients together and drizzle over top evenly. 
- Leave at room temperature flipping about every half hour. 
- Let marinate for at least 3 hours.
