Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 - 3 tbsps. chopped fresh basil
- 2 - 3 tbsps. parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Feige's Gourmet Oil and Vinegar Dressing
Instructions
- Mix well and refrigerate, stirring occasionally.
- Leave to marinate for at least 1/2 hour - 1 hour.
Notes
- This salad can be made with only tomato or only cucumber.
- Add more dressing if needed.
