Marinated Grilled Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • Either Feige's Gourmet Oil & Vinegar, Feige's Gourmet Raspberry, or Feige's Gourmet Honey Mustard & Poppy Seed Dressing


  • Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 2 minutes in boiling water, drain well.
  • Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and drizzle in your Feige's dressing of choice 5 minutes before grilling.
  • Mix well and barbeque in a grill basket, until vegetables are tender crisp.
