Kale Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Desired amount kale
  • Desired amount crutons
  • Desired amount cooked bacon
  • Desired amount parmesan cheese
  • Desired amount Feige's German Caesar Dressing

Instructions

  • Chop, clean and dry kale very well or you can buy prepared kale at the grocery store in bags.
  • Add desired amount of crutons, cooked bacon and parmesan cheese.
  • Add desired amount of Feige's German Caesar Dressing, being careful not to add too much. Toss and taste to see if it needs more dressing - it is better to add more than having too much.

Notes

Kale is very durable so don't be afraid to mix it ahead of time - it keeps very well.
