Course Salad


  • 2 romain hearts
  • 1/2 small red onion, shaved
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped salami
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Feige's Oil and Vinegar Dressing


  • Gently toss together and enjoy.


  • Amount of dressing may be adjusted according to taste. There should be no dressing left in the bottom of the bowl. If there is decrease the amount of dressing.
  • TIP: For best results of any tossed salad, always slice thinly rather than chunky. This allows the dressing to penetrate and create an even balance of flavour.
