Bulgar and Quinoa Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quinoa
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut chips (Zehrs bulk)
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Feige's Raspberry Dressing

Instructions

  • Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions or until tender.
  • Rinse to remove starch
  • Mix together all ingredients - except coconut chips, add them before serving.
  • Chill and enjoy!
