Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Brussel Spouts

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Peeled and Chopped sweet potatoes
  • 2 Cups Roughly chopped brussel spouts
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
    Chop sweet potatoes into cubes along with a rough chop on the brussel sprouts. In a medium bowl add sweet potatoes and brussel spouts along with cinnamon, paprika, salt & pepper. Add Freiges dressing and mix until evenly coated. Place on a baking sheet, place in oven for 30-40 minutes.
