Ingredients
2Cups Peeled and Chopped sweet potatoes
2 Cups Roughly chopped brussel spouts
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2tspPaprika
salt & pepper
1/2CupFeiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees Chop sweet potatoes into cubes along with a rough chop on the brussel sprouts. In a medium bowl add sweet potatoes and brussel spouts along with cinnamon, paprika, salt & pepper. Add Freiges dressing and mix until evenly coated. Place on a baking sheet, place in oven for 30-40 minutes.
