Maple Balsamic Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary

A savory-sweet dish featuring a maple glaze aromatic rosemary.
- 1 Fresh Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 Cup Feige's Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
- 1/2 tsp Maple Bacon seasoning
- Pinch of Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 Large sprig of fresh rosemary
- Drizzle of Maple Syrup
Marinate pork tenderloin in spices, seasonings and Feige's Maple Balsamic Dressing for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
In greased skillet over medium heat, sear the pork and marinade until golden, turning for an even sear. Drizzle with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Transfer to a covered baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a fresh rosemary sprig on top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until pork reached a safe temperature.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
