2-3Cups Roughly chopped Kale
2-3Strips of bacon
1/2CupYour favorite croutons
Feiges German Caesar Dressing
1Chicken Breast
Instructions
In a large bowl, add roughly chopped kale (tip: sprinkle a pinch of salt over kale to soften the leaves) Add cooked bacon strips, breaking them into bite sized pieces. Toss in croutons and then drizzle with Feige's German Caesar Dressing. Gently toss everything until well coated. For added protein, season a chicken breast with salt & pepper, then cook it until it is done. Let cool and chop into bite sized pieces.
