Ingredients
3 Cups Rotini Pasta (Al Dente & Drained)
1/2CupCherry tomatoes halved
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/2CupCucumber, chopped
1/2CupRed Onion, finely chopped
1CupMicro Arugula
1/2 CupMayonnaise
1/2Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Feige's Creamy Dill Dressing
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
1/4CupBacon Bits
Fresh Dill to garnish
Instructions
Boil Pasta until al dente, drain, rinse and set aside. Chop all veggies except arugula, set aside. Allow noodles to cool, add in veggies and stir until mixed well. Sauce Mixture Mix mayo, yogurt and Feige's Creamy Dill Dressing along with salt & pepper and paprika.FIRST a little tip and trick, add the dressing to the bowl first and then pour in rotini with mixed veggies along with the arugula. Mix again, garnish with fresh dill. Optional, top with grated cheese and bacon bits.
