- 1 Can Black Eyes Peas
- 1 Can Peaches & Cream Corn
- 1 Large Chopped Tomato
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Small Chopped Peppers
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 Small Jalapenos Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Feige's Gourmet Oil & Vinegar Dressing
- 2 tsp Chopped Cilantro
- Fresh Squeezed Lime
