
Maple Balsamic Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
Deliciously caramelized sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts, a perfect sweet savory side!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Peeled and Chopped sweet potatoes
- 2 Cups Roughly chopped brussel spouts
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 Cup Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 375 degrees Chop sweet potatoes into cubes along with a rough chop on the brussel sprouts. In a medium bowl add sweet potatoes and brussel spouts along with cinnamon, paprika, salt & pepper. Add Freiges dressing and mix until evenly coated. Place on a baking sheet, place in oven for 30-40 minutes.
