Maple Balsamic Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 Cup Feige's Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Maple Bacon seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 1 Large sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Drizzle of Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Marinate pork tenderloin in spices, seasonings and Feige's Maple Balsamic Dressing for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In greased skillet over medium heat, sear the pork and marinade until golden, turning for an even sear. Drizzle with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Transfer to a covered baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a fresh rosemary sprig on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until pork reached a safe temperature.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
