
Maple Balsamic Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary
A savory-sweet dish featuring a maple glaze aromatic rosemary.
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 Cup Feige's Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
- 1/2 tsp Maple Bacon seasoning
- Pinch of Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 Large sprig of fresh rosemary
- Drizzle of Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Marinate pork tenderloin in spices, seasonings and Feige's Maple Balsamic Dressing for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- In greased skillet over medium heat, sear the pork and marinade until golden, turning for an even sear. Drizzle with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Transfer to a covered baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a fresh rosemary sprig on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until pork reached a safe temperature.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
