
Feta & Pecan Crunch Salad
The slight sweetness complements the golden raisins, while tanginess balances the feta. The pecans pair beautifully with honey mustard flavors.
Ingredients
- 12 Celery Stalks
- 2/3 Cup Pecans
- 2/3 Cup Golden raisins
- 2/3 Cup Feta crumbles
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Feiges Creamy Honey Mustard & Poppyseed
Instructions
- Rinse and cut celery stalks in 1/4 inch slices
- Rough chop pecans
- In medium bowl combine, celery, pecans, golden raisins and crumbled feta
- Add desired amount of Feiges Creamy Honey Mustard & Poppyseed dressing
- Refrigerate for 1-3 hours before serving
