Pasta Hash Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fusilli, uncooked
  • 1/3 cup red pepper, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup green pepper, finely diced
  • 1- 12 oz can corn drained
  • 1/2 cup red onion, shaved
  • 1 - 10 oz can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 2/3 cup Feige's Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil and add pasta.
  • Cook 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain and cool.
  • Add above ingredients, stir gently and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use any vegetables. If serving with fish add 2/3 cup chopped cilantro. For and Italian flare add 1/2 cup Feta, fresh chopped basil and olives.
