Start with your garlic bulb, cut the top off and in an oven safe dish drizzle bulb with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place in oven at 400 degrees for approx. 1hr. In a stand mixer combine Feiges Artichoke Spread, Feiges Creamy Dill Dressing, 8oz of cream cheese (1pack) mix until creamy. Transfer to an oven safe dish, sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on top. Place in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut baguette into 1/2 inch slices, place on an oven safe pan and drizzle sliced baguettes with olive oil, place in oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove garlic bulb set aside, once dip is golden brown remove from oven and squeeze the roasted garlic bulb into the middle of the dip. Stir in roasted garlic and garnish with fresh chopped dill.
