Bulgar and Quinoa Salad

Course Salad


  • 1 package bulgar and quinoa
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Feiges Raspberry Dressing (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions.
  • Rinse and drain well.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except for the dressing.
  • Chill and add dressing before serving.
