Bulgar and Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package bulgar and quinoa
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded and chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1/3 cup
Feiges Raspberry Dressing (or to taste) - Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions.
- Rinse and drain well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the dressing.
- Chill and add dressing before serving.
