
Asparagus & Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Bundle of Asparagus
- 1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 Cup Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
Instructions
- Pan fry asparagus in a drizzle of Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing until slightly softened. Let cool and rough chop into inch pieces. In large bowl, add asparagus, chopped cauliflower, red onions and cherry tomatoes. Pour in Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing, toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge, for flavors to develop. Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
