Asparagus & Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 Bundle of Asparagus
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 Cup Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • Pan fry asparagus in a drizzle of Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing until slightly softened. Let cool and rough chop into inch pieces. In large bowl, add asparagus, chopped cauliflower, red onions and cherry tomatoes. Pour in Feiges Maple Balsamic & Garlic Dressing, toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge, for flavors to develop. Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
