Our Story

There is no doubt at Feige’s Gourmet Dressing there is a love for food.  You hear it in the conversation, whether it was a delicious meal, a new recipe tried or even a new idea shared by a customer, food is a passionate topic for the team at Feige’s Gourmet Dressings.  And we are just as passionate about making our customers’ next experience with any of our Gourmet Dressings as tasty and memorable as we can. You will often hear co-founder Mark Snowden tell his staff or next customer “Feige’s Gourmet dressing is the most versatile dressing you’ll ever put in your fridge; you’ll never end up with a bit in the bottle you don’t know what to do with!” 

The first Feige’s Gourmet Dressing was created in the prep kitchen of Feige’s Fine Dining.  Then owners, Monica Filman along with Mark Snowden, diligently worked on recipes, some that were from Monica’s father, (a master chef in Germany) to create dressings that not only would become a signature dressing in their restaurant but would mark the beginning of Feige’s Gourmet Dressings.  Customers wanted to purchase the restaurant’s popular dressings so they were introduced in a local store, The Kitchen Cupboard & Icebox.  The dressings were an instant success, becoming one of the bestselling products at the store.   Soon many other customers and retailers were searching for the dressings in more local stores.  In 2012 Feige’s Gourmet Dressings was born and its product line, customer loyalty and retail locations has been growing ever since.

In 2023 we embarked on a new era for Feige’s Gourmet Dressings.  New team members joined the group, all as excited and passionate as Mark about Feige’s Gourmet Dressings. With a solid product base and a passion for the dressings and their versatility we look forward to what the future has in store for our little company.
