Pasta Hash Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fusilli, uncooked
- 1/3 cup red pepper, finely diced
- 1/3 cup green pepper, finely diced
- 1- 12 oz can corn drained
- 1/2 cup red onion, shaved
- 1 - 10 oz can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 cups small cauliflower florets
- 2/3 cup
Feige's Oil and Vinegar Dressing
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and add pasta.
- Cook 8-10 minutes.
- Drain and cool.
- Add above ingredients, stir gently and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use any vegetables. If serving with fish add 2/3 cup chopped cilantro. For and Italian flare add 1/2 cup Feta, fresh chopped basil and olives.
