
Artichoke & Ricotta Pizza
A perfect balance of creamy and fresh flavors
Ingredients
- 1 Jar Feiges Artichoke Spread
- 1 Ball Pizza Dough
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Dozen Slices of Mozzarella
- 1 1/2 Cups Ricotta
- Arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F Bake until bottom and top are golden brown Start with drizzling pizza doe with olive oil, spread Feiges Artichoke Spread evenly. Overlap sliced mozzarella covering entire pizza. Sprinkle minced garlic over mozzarella, rip ricotta into cubes and place randomly. Place in oven, once baked garnish with arugula.
