
Crispy Bacon and Creamy Dill Flatbread
Sweet, savory and irresistible
Ingredients
- 1 Garlic nan flatbread
- 1/3 Cup Softened cream cheese
- 1/3 Cup Feiges Creamy Dill Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Goat cheese (set some aside)
- 1/3 Cup Bacon, crumbled
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 Cup Sliced peppers and red onion
- 1/3 Cup Micro arugula
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese and Feiges Creamy Dill Dressing and bacon. Mix until well blended and add salt and pepper. Spread mixture over flatbread evenly, bake for 5 minutes. Layer on peppers, onions and top with mozzarella and place back in oven for 5-8 minutes.Once out of oven, layer arugula and remaining goat cheese, drizzle with honey.
